Total operate a 30 Day Risk Free Refund Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your Web Hosting package or E-commerce package, you have the right to a full refund (excluding any Set Up Fees, Domain Name Registration Fees and / or Overages).
To claim your refund, please contact Support within the first 30 days of your contract.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your email. We issue refunds by BACS and WorldPay.
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, or have any other refund related enquiry, please contact your Support.
Successfully registered Domain Names are excluded from the refund policy as a cost is incurred on all registrations, and registrars offer no returns policy of their own. However, you will continue to own the Domain Name even if you wish to cancel other services.
Auto Renewal of services is also excluded from this policy. Please refer to the Auto Renewal Policy for further details.
Under no circumstances will Total allow a transfer of funds between accounts.
Refunds will not be given if any other Terms and Conditions or policies have been contravened. |
